Tamika Henderson is the owner of Mary’s Little Lambs Home Child Care. I have dedicated over 25 years to social services. My career began in 1996 as an assistant head start teacher. Since then, I have worked for various organizations including Department of Children and Family Services and Advocacy and Protection Services Inc. Nearly 20 years have been devoted to providing care to adults and children with mental health and special needs in various settings and roles, where compliance and quality of service were amongst my main responsibilities. I am a mother and grandmother who has dedicated their life to helping children and adults reach their full potential.
